Returns & Refunds

I want you to love your ELOU ceramics purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, I’m happy to accept returns or exchanges, provided the conditions below are met.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• Unused
• In its original condition
• Returned in its original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item
• Clear photos of the packaging

I’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, repair or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping charges are not refunded unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
