Every Elou Ceramics order is packed by hand from my Melbourne home studio with plenty of care to help it arrive safely.

Because handmade pottery is fragile, protecting your order is always my top priority. Wherever possible, I also make thoughtful choices to reduce waste without compromising on safe delivery.

How Your Order Is Packed

Every order is carefully wrapped and packed using protective materials to give it the best chance of arriving safely.

I use:

• Compostable mailer bags where suitable.
• Recycled packaging materials wherever possible.
• New protective packaging when needed to ensure your ceramics arrive safely.

Reducing Waste

I believe beautiful packaging doesn’t have to come at the expense of the environment.

That’s why I reuse clean, high-quality packing materials whenever I can and choose more sustainable packaging options where practical.

You may notice that your box or protective packaging has had a previous life—and that’s something I’m proud of.
